Please treat our result as a "Second Opinion," not a guaranteed fact.
Like a weather forecast, we provide a probability (e.g., "90% likely AI"). Mistakes can happen in both directions—sometimes we flag a real photo, and sometimes we miss a fake one. You should not use this tool as the sole basis for important decisions like employment actions, legal proceedings, or financial transactions.
Trustif.ai is a collective defense system—the more images we analyze, the better we get at catching fakes for everyone.
By scanning an image, you allow us to use it to improve our AI detection. This helps us recognize the latest deepfake techniques and protect the broader community.
When necessary to investigate and protect against suspected fraud, impersonation, or abuse, we may share relevant images, analysis results, and source URLs with affected image owners, rights holders, or their authorized teams, including business customers. We do not provide the discovering user's account or installation details with those records. See the fraud and abuse investigation section of our Privacy Policy for the scope and limits of this sharing.
We may also use what we learn to produce anonymous trend reports (for example: "AI-generated images increased 30% this month"). These reports contain statistics only—never your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how we protect your privacy.

The extension includes 30 days or 2,000 new AI scans, whichever comes first. Cached results and supported metadata checks remain free. Premium is $3.99 USD/month or $39 USD/year, billed through ExtensionPay and Stripe; checkout shows any applicable taxes and current renewal terms. Trustif.ai is the seller. Premium removes the trial scan cap; service rate limits (currently up to 60 new-analysis requests per minute per install) and availability constraints still apply. Manage or cancel through the extension subscription button. Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law; cancellation and paid-through access follow the terms shown at checkout.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRUSTIF.AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
